چکیده
Fuchsia magellanica Lam. (Onagraceae) is a native plant of the Andean-Patagonian region, and it also naturalized in Argentina other parts world. Leaves are used for treating indigestion, stomachache, as sedative, difficult delivery antiemmenagogue. However, up to now pharmacological basis such uses were not studied. This work evaluates gastrointestinal, uterine sedative effects leaves (L) flowers (F) tinctures F. from wild patagonian (T-Fm-P) (T-Fm-BA) plants, well mechanism action flavonoids profile both plants. Phytochemical studies evaluated by using TLC HPLC methodologies. The ex-vivo T-Fm-BA T-Fm-P on contractile concentration-response curves (CRC) carbachol (CCh) calcium (Ca2+) rat isolated intestinal tissues. In vivo tests transit, elevated cross plus-maze open-field performed mice. Wild cultivated ethanolic extracts induced antispasmodic effect, non-competitive inhibitor CCh-CRC intestine, with IC50 272.8 ± 64.3 µg/ml T-L-Fm-P 257.4 36 T-L-Fm-BA. A similar effect was obtained Ca2+-CRC 152.9 29.1 138.4 48.6 respectively. Mice transit reduced at oral doses 73.5 mg/kg T-L-Fm-P. tissues, T-L-Fm contractions CCh CRC´s antagonists, near those intestine. T-L-Fm-BA inhibited serotonin contribution relaxing mechanisms investigated. Although didn't show anxiolytic test, they spontaneous activity mice 32.7 41.7 showed effects, mainly interfering Ca2+ influx. mice, effect. agree presence flavonoids, quercetin kaempferol. first study which gives experimental support some traditional magellanica.

متن کاملdetection of volatile compounds of medicinal plants with some nano-sorbents using modified or new methodologies and investigation of antioxidant activity of their methanolic extracts
in this work, a novel and fast method for direct analysis of volatile compounds (davc) of medicinal plants has been developed by holding a filament from different parts of a plant in the gc injection port. the extraction and analysis of volatile components of a small amount of plant were carried out in one-step without any sample preparation. after optimization of temperature, extraction time a...
